Before you contact us

For order questions, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. For setup questions, tell us your phone model and describe the issue. If possible, attach a photo or short video that helps show what is happening.

Returns and order issues

Not happy? Email support@screentappers.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo or video of the issue, and we'll refund or replace it. No need to send it back.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. We will review the issue with you and arrange an appropriate solution.

Shipping questions

Standard shipping is free to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, D.C. No minimum order is required. Please see our Shipping policy for destinations and exclusions.
